Traditional brick-and-mortar retail often struggles to keep up with digital-native consumer habits, while standard pop-up booths lack the technology to operate efficiently. We wanted to build a retail model that seamlessly bridges physical convenience with smart automation.

In collaboration with Enterprise Singapore, we launched RED LABEL, Singapore’s first unmanned retail experience designed to empower local micro-brands through automated commerce. By integrating smart access, automated checkout, and seamless digital inventory management, RED LABEL allows emerging brands to establish a physical retail presence without the heavy overheads of traditional staffing. It stands as a pioneering blueprint for how tech-enabled spaces can transform the future of local retail.
